Role Overview 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing all ad strategies for PPC and Google Ads, including reviewing and analyzing metrics to fine-tune campaigns to meet our marketing goals. 

 

Essential Functions 

  • Creating and running display and text ads across platforms. 

  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop marketing strategies that optimize ROI. 

  • Drafting and present your ideas for projected ROI to the department director. 

  • Managing campaign finances and estimate monthly costs of advertising. 

  • Ability to analyze trends and data and deliver insights into current marketing techniques. 

  • Monitoring site visitors, redirects, page clicks, and other KPI’s. 

  • Staying current on keyword research and trends

  • Add positions consulted for this role, both internal and external. Also include direct reports, if any, and level of supervision. 

 

 

Qualifications 

Basic 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.  

  • 2+ years of non-profit or corporate experience in a Search Engine Marketing role. 

  • Proven track record of results on Google. 

  • Ability to identify strategy problems and weaknesses and provide solutions. 

  • Previous experience working with social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WordPress 

 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Linked, a plus. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint helpful. 

  • Experience working remotely as part of a team.  

  • Experience working in a start-up company, non-profit or entrepreneurial environment.  

  • Self-directed and disciplined with the ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment
