Role Overview 

In this role, you will oversee the acquisition of new partners and have oversight for strategic partnerships to support our mission. As Partner Marketing lead, you will play a key role in creating a vision for your team and help them navigate dramatic growth. This includes defining strategic opportunities, collateral development, joint messaging and enablement for campaign management. 



Essential Functions 


  • Define strategic goals and KPIs for campaign management 

  • Conceiving and implementing campaigns, programs and initiative that support mutually beneficial partnership goals.  Review progress and make iterative changes. 

  • Ensure campaigns run efficiently and on schedule by collaborating with all internal stakeholders 

  • Review and approve content, design, ads, email copy and marketing collateral for partner programs.  

  • Defining processes and identifying the tools required to build, execute and report on partner marketing programs.  

  • Optimizing partner marketing programs through A/B testing and developing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.  

  • Leading monthly marketing meetings with the team 

  • Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements

  • External Partners i.e. Schools, NGOs, Non-Profits etc 





  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management, public relations or related field.  

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a partner marketing role in a non-profit environment.  

  • Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines for partner marketing campaigns.  

  • Excellent communication, organization, writing, and planning skills.  


  • Experience working remotely as part of a team.   

  • Experience working in a start-up company, non-profit or entrepreneurial environment.   

  • Self-directed and disciplined with the ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment.
